They did the work quickly, did not try to sell me any other services, gave me a 10% new customer discount, replaced a brake light for free (just cost of the bulb), ran all the tests to make sure it would pass smog, called before they did anything that would cost more. All this and it was one of the cheapest quotes I got for the work I required and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend them to friends or family in need of service on their German car.
