Good volume and good work, but laggy with return phone calls. Bringing my car in for a simple radiator issue, I do not appreciate the fact I was confronted 4 times about “blown suspension” which is not true. Trying to hike up bill it seemed.
Hi Ian, I was out of town so didn't get to meet you. I understand from Chris that he was able to squeeze your car in for the needed repair to the radiator. I see on the invoice that they scanned your car for fault codes and gave you the print out with the details. There was no charge for this service. I'm sorry if you felt 'confronted" regarding the issues that were noted. The intention was not to upset you or to try to sell you additional work but rather to make you aware of big picture issues.
