The service on my Porsche Cayenne was done in the time estimated. Staff was courteous and very helpful with check in and check out, even working around my two large Labs who accompanied me at check in. Additional service had to be done due to an unknown fuel leak. I was given notification, approved the additional cost and time. Still had my car back before end of day.

Schneider Autohaus is the NASA of automotive 'repair' around here. Owner Henry Hinck is an actual Meister with something like a PhD in car-rocketry, who can take one of these ultimate driving machines apart and put it back together with his eyes closed. The knowledge bank at Schneider is sort of mind-boggling. These guys are at the tippity-top of their complex discipline, with their granular knowledge of all the high-end tech they are building into these cars. One is a published author on the subject of car tech, one travels and lectures - these people are not 'mechanics' but high-end surgeons. Maybe best of all, the front office is approachable and fun and human. Sounds dumb, but stop in just to say hi and have a look-see. They welcome that and the place feels great.
