Schneiders always handle the servicing of my car like professionals from making the appointment, taking the car when I arrive, getting the work done in the time promised, and completing the transaction with informative input on what was done and what needs to be done next relative to regular maintenance. Today, many businesses ask their clients to rate service by the "star" system. But each visit I have had at Schneider Auto Haus, in 2023, deserves a new addition...a plus symbol. So my 5-star+ means going above and beyond for service. They have the team in place to provide that. Whether by being greeted with a wave as you drive in...or welcomed at the check-in counter...the follow through contact during the day they have the car...such as calling ahead for approval of their recommendations. For me, all add up for 5-star+.
