Very professional and well organized. They do a good job and they are trying to keep the cost of maintenance reasonable but the automotive business at large is making it hard for owners to afford getting a car fixed. When a cost effective car repair and maintenance company like Schneider charges over a thousand dollars just to replace 8 spark plugs, you know something is wrong someplace. I go to Schneider because they charge less for comparable or better service than the local dealers. When labor costs are over $200 an hour for whatever needs fixed, that is absolutely crazy. It is not only labor costs but the cost of replacement parts which also has been skyrocketing. At some point, this whole system is going to breakdown and car repairs will just be ignored until the car falls apart unless the owner learns how to do the repair at home.

I always feel like they are experts at the service they provide.

Great service and very nice people

Had Schneider Autohaus do routine service plus some troubleshooting on my MINI. Great work and really appreciate their clear narrative on the invoice explaining their findings.

This was my first time using Schneider Auto haus. The service personnel were very knowledgeable and put up with me asking a lot of questions as a first time 911 owner. Very thorough inspection was done on my car also. Extremely happy with the services done and blown away with the services that they offer that I had thought only the dealership could offer. My Porsche has a new home for service when I need it.
