Today, many businesses ask their clients to rate service by the "star" system. But each visit I have had at Schneider Auto Haus, in 2023, deserves a new addition...a plus symbol. So my 5-star+ means going above and beyond for service. They have the team in place to provide that. Whether by being greeted with a wave as you drive in...or welcomed at the check-in counter...the follow through contact during the day they have the car...such as calling ahead for approval of their recommendations. For me, all add up for 5-star+.
