After failing multiple times with other repair shops to deal with a water leak in my bmw, Schneider Autohaus took care of it! They explained clearly what the problem was, and how they addressed it, and also did a thorough job with the electrical issues resulting from the water. They were very fair and up front about costs and I am quite pleased. This will be my preferred shop from here on.

Also, I was really impressed that the technician took the time to change out the mismatched valve stem caps and removed the excess coolant too. Always happy doing business with these guys! Customer service is top notch. Friendly, good communication, and they actually work to accommodate your schedule. They went the extra mile this time to clip my bumper back in on one side where it had detached slightly. They always do a thorough job, even for routine service. Dealing with a mechanic can be such a hassle, so it’s nice to feel taken care of for a change.
